Hestia:
Goddess of the Home

About
Hestia
Hestia is the ancient Greek goddess of the hearth, home, and domestic life, known for her role as a virgin goddess and one of the original Twelve Olympians.
Hestia is associated with the energy of a house, and that is something I specialize in.
I have always had an affinity for spaces, organization and cleaning. I realized early on how valuable my skills were, and I use them in my professional life.
I believe spaces hold energy and when we clean our space or reorganize our space, things change and can open up.
We cannot bring more into our lives until we clear our spaces out to receive more.
I work especially well with people on the hoarding spectrum as well as people with ADHD and anxiety.
Often times, the more chaos going on in someone's head, the more chaos in their home. I am exceptional at helping these people find order and peace in their messy homes.

Hestia House Cleaning

House Cleaning
I have been cleaning houses and apartments for 3+ years. I specialize in deep cleaning, move out and move in cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor and bathroom cleaning, and smudging. I work with clients on a bi-weekly or monthly basis to do the cleaning work for them.
Professional Organizing
Professional organizing is the process of organizing and structuring a space so that things can flow easily and efficiently. It's a process of removing anything that is blocking the space.
I work with a lot of people with ADHD and anxiety and people with ADHD tend to leave things in their home and forget where they put them, frustrated and angry.
The more chaos you have in your head, the more chaos you have in your home. I help people not only clean their spaces, but establish mental habits and rewire their brains with simple tips so that they can succeed even after I'm finished with their space.

"What is Smudging?"
I get this question a lot,
Here's all you need to know:
Smudging is considered both a spiritual and a physical way of cleaning the air in a home. It involves burning something such as cedar, sage, or cinnamon to remove odor in the house.
I've found it to be one of the best tools to remove pet odor, a "stagnant" smell or even the smell of bacteria or mold.
Unlike something like Febreeze, it pulls particles in the air out and pushes them out of the house through open windows. And it's non-chemical.
Different cultures historically used different plants for smudging, and it is it leaves a lasting scent in your home that leaves it feeling lifted, open and clean.
Different Smudging Types:
White Sage - Indigenous America
Purification
Cedar - The Mediterranean
Protection
Palo Santo - Latin America
Positivity
Lavendar - English/ Celtic
Peace
Cinnamon - South Asia/Sri Lanka
